Refund & Return Policy – Subh ElKhan

This Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases made from Subh ElKhan, whether through our online store or any affiliated sales channels.


1. General Conditions

  • This policy applies to all products unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page before purchase (such as customized or engraved prayer beads).

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number, invoice, or order confirmation email).

  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.


2. Return & Exchange Period

  • Returns: within 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • Exchanges: within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Requests submitted after these periods will not be accepted unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect and is approved by our team.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Products that show signs of use or damage caused by misuse.

  • Purchases made using gift cards, store credit, or discount vouchers (these are refundable as store credit only).


4. Refund Method

  • Once a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time ranges from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

  • Cash refunds are not offered.

  • If a discount or coupon was used, only the amount actually paid will be refunded.


5. Product Condition Upon Delivery

  • Receiving the shipment is considered confirmation that the outer packaging is intact.

  • If any damage or incorrect item is discovered inside the package, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos for evaluation.

  • Subh ElKhan covers return shipping costs if the return is due to our error.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs if the return is based on personal preference.
